The LoadGate MVP was built by ALEC Engineering and Contracting LLC-SPC (“ALEC”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This page is used to inform our visitors of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information for anyone who decides to use the LoadGate MVP Application.
ALEC respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data of users of the LoadGate MVP Application. This Privacy Policy applies to all individuals using the LoadGate MVP Application on ALEC controlled construction and project sites. The Application is used for managing gate access, monitoring workforce attendance, and enhancing operational site safety and logistics. If you choose to use LoadGate, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The personal information that we collect is used for providing and improving LoadGate. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for operational, legal, or regulatory purposes. Generally, access logs and attendance records are stored for a period of up to 12 months, unless extended for ongoing investigations or audits.
We want to inform you that whenever you use the LoadGate MVP Application, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the LoadGate MVP Application, and other statistics.
